Rehab Nazzal is a multidisciplinary artist born in Palestine and based in Toronto. She holds a Ph.D. in Art and Visual Culture from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, a Master of Fine Arts from Ryerson University, Toronto, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Damascus, Syria.

Vibrations from Gaza delves into the lives of deaf children in Gaza, who witness the violence of Israeli military operations. Amani, Musa, Israa and others share their poignant memories of bombings, drones and collapsing buildings. The film also questions the origin of their deafness: natural or caused by Israeli sonic weapons.
