Matilde-Luna Perotti, a director from a Colombian-Italian family, grew up between France and Italy, nurturing a multicultural sensibility from childhood that shapes her approach to cinema. From an early age, she developed a passion for the seventh art, guided by a deep commitment to feminist causes. Her travels in Latin America intensified her interest in local feminist movements, which became a major source of inspiration. Through her first film and future projects, she seeks to break the taboos surrounding the daily violence suffered by women in Latin America, while highlighting their strength and resilience.
