Backlash: Misogyny in the Digital Age is the shocking story of four women leaders whose lives are overturned by cyberviolence. They share a common cause: refusing to be silenced.
Guylaine Maroist
In 2002, Guylaine Maroist founded La Ruelle Films to produce auteur documentaries with producer and director Eric Ruel. She has won numerous awards in Canada and abroad, including the Governor General's Award for History, the Grand Jury Prize at the New York Independent Film Festival, the Gold Ribbon Award, and several Gémeaux awards.
