SYNOPSIS
Summit of the Americas, April 20, 2001. Quebec City looks like a city under siege. While, within the security perimeter, guests from the political and financial communities were discussing the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) agreements, groups of citizens from all over the continent were demonstrating their opposition in the streets. Most of them intend to do so in a peaceful manner. Others do not. The weekend promises to be hot. It will be. With a camera on their shoulder, seven film crews followed the events in Quebec City, half asphyxiated by gas.
