Lorraine Price is an award-winning writer and director. Born in Santa Monica, California and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Lorraine moved to Montreal in 2000 to attend Concordia University where she earned an Honours B.A. in Creative Writing and English Literature and an M.A. in Literary Translation. Shortly after completing her MFA, she switched from literature to documentary film. Since then, Lorraine has directed a feature documentary, two television documentaries, and a short film. In 2017, she was selected to participate in a film-making workshop with Werner Herzog.
