Les Mains dans la Terre

Eight residents and volunteers are working to create their own habitat, to move towards autonomy, to control their food or simply to live together in a space where different futures are possible.

SYNOPSIS

Today there are more than 2200 ecovillages on the French territory. Creating one's own habitat, striving for autonomy, controlling one's diet or simply living together... In this film, eight residents and numerous volunteers take an original look at a place that embodies different aspects of life. They work to build a space where different futures are possible. What if quality of life took precedence over profitability and productivity?
