Laurie Lassalle
Laurie Lassalle is a director, editor, musician and graduate of the La Fémis documentary workshop (2019). In 2014, she directed her first medium-length fiction film, Les fleuves m’ont laissé descendre où je voulais, selected at the Semaine de la Critique. In 2016, the short film Je suis Gong (Association 1000Visages) was awarded the Jury Prize and Best Documentary at the Franco-Arab Festival. Boum Boum, released in June 2022 (JHR Films), is her first feature film and was presented at Cinéma du Réel. Forêt Rouge, shot at the ZAD of Notre-Dame-des-Landes over 6 years, is her second documentary.
