Kim Yip Tong

Kim Yip Tong is a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker from Mauritius whose practice blends painting, animation, installation, and collaborative research. She questions post-colonial identities in the context of the ecological crisis, reflecting on the collective embodied self, through sensory and immersive narratives. Cultivating stories of interdependence and coexistence, positioning art as a form of resistance and vessel of compassion.
