A graduate of a master’s degree in documentary cinema at the EICTV (in Cuba), he did an advanced course in documentary directing at the Ateliers Varan (in Paris). He has worked on various audiovisual and photographic projects, and in parallel he has conducted practical workshops and artistic residencies in different regions of Chile and France.
In 2012, he directed documentaries for the website mafi.tv and participated in the feature documentaries «Propanganda» (2014) and «Dios» (2019).

In 2020, he completed the short film «Maria K», presented at the Cinéma du Réel festival, where he won the Audience Prize «Première Fenêtre» and a Special Mention from the FIDOCS Jury (2020). It was also selected as «Talents Guadalajara» (2020), «Talents Buenos Aires» (2021) and «BaseCamp – Locarno Film Festival» (2021).
